June Baxter was born and raised in Harrow and has lived in Pinner South (formerly Pinner West) ward for over 35 years. June and her husband were married at Pinner Parish Church and both their children attended Cannon Lane Primary School. A Legal Secretary by profession, she currently works at a firm of solicitors in Stanmore.

June served as a Harrow Councillor from May 2014 to May 2018. During her previous term on Harrow Council her main focus was on Planning matters - she served on the Planning Committee, Major Developments Panel and also the Planning Policy Working Group.

June was selected to stand for Pinner South Ward in the 2022 Local Elections and was successfully elected and now serves on Harrow Council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
