Following boundary changes in Harrow, Jean was selected to stand in Pinner South in the 2022 Local Elections and was successfully elected. Jean currently serves in the Cabinet as Portfolio Holder for Community & Culture.
Jean’s community interests in Pinner South include Chairman of the West House & Heath Robinson Museum Trust, a fine local amenity and destination, attracting visitors further afield- a true benefit for Pinner businesses too. She’s also founder member of the Roxbourne Park user group - FORP.
Proud to serve the residents of Pinner South, Jean builds on her year as Harrow‘s Mayor where she forged connections across the community, including the voluntary sector and diverse resident and faith groups. In addition, she draws on her background in business, academia and governance to work with council colleagues and external agencies to monitor and scrutinise services and hold the Administration to account. Jean ‘s working mantra is “Putting Harrow Residents First”.
