I was glad to accept an invitation to Harefield Hospital this morning, where I met with Nick Hunt, Director of Service Development and Site Director; Derval Russell, Hospital Director and Dr Mark Mason, Medical Director, and had a productive conversation about providing care post-pandemic.

We also discussed  how I can assist their ongoing plans to develop and improve facilities at the hospital, maintaining their leading role as a heart and lung centre, and I will be writing to the Health Secretary for his assurances on this.
