As the country continues to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, we must recognise the importance of the contribution small, and often family-run, businesses are making to this. 

I was proud to be able to show my support for these businesses by taking part in Family Business Week 2022, running between 21st and 25th November. I had a useful catch up with the team at Homeflair on Ruislip High Street, which has been a treasure trove for the DIYer and the building trade for many years.

It was a great opportunity to celebrate the contribution Homeflair and all family-run businesses make to our local communities.
