As we are unable to hold our AGM in person this year due to Government guidance ,we will be holding it by way of a Zoom meeting on Wednesday 1st July 2020 at 7.30pm ,which we hope you can attend. If you are not familiar with using Zoom it is very straightforward, if you do not wish to use this you could dial in by telephone.

On request we can provide a copy of the agenda, the minutes from last year and a copy of the Certified Accounts. This has been emailed to all members. 

If you would like to stand as an Officer of the Association for the year 2020/2021 please apply by email only to this address. Further emails will also need to be sent from a member acting as your proposer and another from your seconder. The positions available are on the attached agenda. Nominations close at 5pm on 15th June 2020.Please note if there are any contested elections, qualifying members will be sent a link to an online ballot which for secrecy purposes will be held the day before.

Any voting will be restricted to fully paid up members according to the rules of the Association. Membership is valid for 15 months from the date of your last payment. If it has lapsed, you will need to re-join but will not be eligible to vote for a period of 3 months. However, you are welcome to attend the meeting as an observer.

We really hope you will be able to join us for what will be the Associations first Zoom AGM.
