Along with the Rt Hon. Boris Johnson, I have written to extended my warmest congratulations to Yaprak Restaurant, following their success at the 10th British Kebab Awards, which was held in London last week.

Yaprak, which has a restaurant in Eastcote and a 'Yaprak Express' in Pinner, was the recipient of the Best Kebab Restaurant in North and West London, brilliantly showcasing local success in the kebab industry.

I am thrilled that a local business has been recognised in this way, particularly after the challenges faced by the hospitality sector over the past two years, and am pleased that Yaprak continues to be a valued feature of both Eastcote and Pinner High Streets.
