I was delighted to hold another busy coffee shop surgery, this time at Café Sombra on Pinner High Street, who hosted me for the first time this morning. As well as more facetime with residents, I am also pleased to be able to show my support for local hospitality businesses, which are fundamental to our high streets.

After what has been an incredibly challenging period for the sector, it's great to be having positive conversations with owners and staff, who are delighted to be able to welcome customers back to their businesses. I know that government support has been a lifeline for businesses over the past 18 months. 

I am grateful to the team at Café Sombra for hosting me. 

I will be continuing to hold both virtual and in-person surgeries over the coming months, subject to change in public health advice, and details will be circulated on social media channels.
