The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Social Work, of which I am Co-Chair, are carrying out an inquiry into children’s social work models. Children’s care is a priority matter for the Government as demonstrated by the ongoing independent review into children’s care. This gives this APPG a prime opportunity to contribute towards the research and policy development that is taking place by carrying out our own inquiry.
We are looking to hear from experts across the sector, from social workers to providers, to help inform our inquiry into what works best for children in our care. You can read more on the inquiry here - MPs launch inquiry into new models of children's social work and their impact | Social Work Today
